1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China) after we receive your order and confirm your payment.
  • Order Verification: To ensure security and accuracy, all orders undergo a verification check. This is included in the standard processing time.
  • Order Modifications or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at nanyanglanfeng@163.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate requests made before your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected service.

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked):
    • Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-25 business days after shipment.
    • Key Regions:
      • USA & Canada: 10-18 business days
      • European Union: 12-20 business days
      • Australia & UK: 12-22 business days
      • Rest of World: 15-30 business days
  • Express Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx):
    • Cost: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
    • Estimated Delivery: Typically 5-12 business days after shipment to most global destinations.

Important Notes:

  • Total Delivery Time: Please remember that the 3-5 business day processing time occurs before the carrier shipping times listed above. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.
  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: For all international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are payable directly to the delivering carrier or local tax authority upon delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website.

4. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DealStreetSpace is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Completion: Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier’s tracking system shows the package as “delivered” or “available for pickup.” We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, refusal, or recipient unavailability, and the package is returned to us, any fees for restocking or reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Issues

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement or updates for 20 business days (Standard) or 10 business days (Express), please contact us immediately so we can initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: Eyewear requires careful handling. If your order arrives with a damaged frame, scratched lenses, or compromised packaging, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email nanyanglanfeng@163.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
